In UAE there are some types of visas and one of them is family visa. family visa is only given to the family member of UAE residence that wants to bring their family member to stay with them in UAE under their sponsorship. This visa gives you many benefits to stay in UAE but it also gives you some confusion in the procedure of processing it. one day if you resign or get new job in other company then you must be ready to terminate or cancel your visa including your family visa as well. it means that your family will loss their right to hold UAE resident visa.
But for those who wants to change the company and don’t want to cancel their family visa there is an option to do not do so. It can save lot of time and money.
The Procedure of this process is as follow:

Apply for family visa holding
request to Amer or through GDRFA website.
Required Documents:
Passport copy and visa page
sponsor.
Offer letter from new employer.
Passport copy and visa page each
family members.
Once you successfull for request the application, you need to wait 3 to 5 working for the approval. You will receive
the approval in the email which you given during the application typing.
In that email, It will request for the deposit AED 2500 (refundable) and additional AED 150 for each passport. You can pay by using debit/credit card. After complete the payment, you need to wait again 2 or 3 working days for the approval.
After you receive the approval,
you can complete your visa cancelation process and get the new visa from your
employer.
As soon as possible after compete all
the procedures including entry permit inside the county, change the visa status,
emirates id typing, medical fitness and visa stamping as well.
Then, you have to release the holding of family visa, for that you need to visit Amer/typing
center or through GDRFA website.

Sponsor passport and new visa
page
Labor contract from new employer
Passport page and visa page for
each family members.
After you successfully complete
the application wait for 3 days, you will receive one email for the approval.
Later on, visit the same center for the refund request, withing 48 hours AED 2500 will be crredited to your account.
Note:

During this process
family should be inside UAE.
·
Their visa validity
should be more than 3 months.
· They must complete
all the process within 2 months since they start the request.
