Uae own reliable wages protection system to protect the employee's rights. However, there are many establishments that failed to fulfill the employee's settlement on time or if employee dont get paid for 2 months. In this situation, the employee has the right to file their employer to the labor.
There are 2 ways to file
your complaint. First, you can visit TAS-HEEL center and file your complaint
there. Second, you can do it yourself online.
FOLLOW THESE STEPS BELOW TO FILE YOUR COMPLAINTS ONLINE THROUGH THE WEBSITE.
STEP 1
Open browser
and type labor complaint and search or click here.
STEP 2
In the new window you will able to go to complaint
registration section click Start Service.
STEP 3
Here verify your details by providing your full name and
mobile number, then click sent OTP and verify the OTP. then choose user type
employee.
STEP 4
Here you have to find your profile from the system by using
your Labor card number/ Passport Number / Personal information, type any of the
option and click below mention search bar.
STEP 5
In this option you can find your profile you may can see
more than one Sometimes, choose your profile and click companies.
STEP 6
Choose your company name here, if you work more than one
company in the past you will able to see all the company name in the list
except free zone govt and semi-govt companies, choose the company name the one
you want to file a complaint and click Add complaint.
STEP 7
This is the complaint details section, you need to fill the
all the details here, including your mobile number, email address, company
address, sponsor mobile, sponsor email address.
Type the remarks as well in the last option complaint type
choose the right option and fill the claim amount, since when you
don’t get paid till when.
STEP 8
To finalize the registration, you need to click register
complaint then your complaint will generate in the system right after that you
will receive message in your mobile.
Within two working days from labor department they will
call you and ask about your complaint they will try to solve from themself by
calling your employer and ask the situation, if not they will forward your
complaint to the court.
