Currently Dubai family visa process is easier than before, If you have all the Original required documents ready, you can finish all the process from Amer Service Center. No need to visit Immigration Office.
All the charges, including Deposit, file opening and Courier
fees will be processed through Amer Service Center.
Refund amount can be processed only to the sponsor Bank account number.
IBAN number [ International Bank Account Number] of the Sponsor is
required.
You need to visit the immigration (GDRFA) in case you receive
application status SMS about approval or modification. White color
Visa will be mailed to applicant's E-mail address after approval. If you
need pink color visa, you can visit any GDRFA Dubai branch after receiving
approval SMS. No extra fee. Passengers from certain countries need pink color
visa for Emigration clearance. Example Philippine.

Minimum Salary 3000
Dhs + Accommodation or 4000 Dhs anyway basic salary should be Dh3000 or more in
the Labor Contract.

- Color Passport Copies of wife and children
- 1 White background photograph for each
sponsored person
- Original Marriage Certificate Attested from
MOFA along with Legal Arabic Translation
- Original Birth Certificate [Child] Attested
from MOFA along with Legal Arabic Translation
- Sponsor Emirates ID Original
- Sponsor Original Passport
- Original Ejari Contract [House Contract]
Municipality Attestation mandatory if you resides outside of Dubai, Ejari
must be sponsor name or spouse name.
- Electricity Bill [if the Flat new then Deposit
Copy is enough]
- Labor Contract / Salary Certificate
- Dewa Bill / Electricity Bill
- Salary Certificate if your visa under Free
zone or Semi-Govt company [ issue date not more than one month longer]
- Labor Contract Minimum
Salary 3000 Dhs + Accommodation or 4000 Dhs anyway basic salary should be
Dh3000 or more in the Labor Contract, Labor Contract can be printed from
MOHRE website.

Note : Once
Entry visa issued they have 60 days time to enter UAE, from the day of entering
UAE they must finish Emirates ID typing Medical and visa stamping in the
Passport within 60 Days.
Inside the country process: If the family inside the country after the canceled visa or tourist/visit visa they have to do Change of status as well before processing Emirates ID and other thing.
