Dubai will hold the annual Pakistani Mango Festival 2022 which will entertain the visitor with varieties of Mango from many different countries. Pakistan is one of the biggest producers of mangoes in the world. It is in the fifth rank after India, China, Thailand and Indonesia. And as all know that Pakistan is one of the biggest mango distributors in UAE.
Dr Faisal Ikram, president of Pakistan Association Dubai said “The festival theme this year is ‘Connecting Hearts – Mangolicious Way’ . We will present the festival differently and showcase the entire journey of mango and how it’s produced, sold and exported. This is aimed at reflecting the country’s soft image”.
The festival will be held for two days on 1st and 2nd of July 2022. The first day is for official invitations such as for senior government authorities from the UAE and Pakistan, dignitaries, representatives, business committee individuals and exchange missions will be displayed north of well known assortments of Pakistani mangoes and the second day is open to the public. The festival will be held at Pakistan Association Dubai with free entry access for the public.
In the festival, the visitors not only will be entertained by seeing the various mangoes from many countries but also the visitors will be entertained with mango-related games, competition, food, shopping, cultural stalls, etc,.
As Dr Faisal Ikram, president of Pakistan Association Dubai said “We want to promote mango because it’s our country’s national fruit. Secondly, we invited importers and retailers of various nationalities to the festival to showcase the opportunities in this sector. Thirdly, we want to engage the community on the second day with the help of different activities,”.
